How lab credits are billed and how long they last.
Lab credits are the balance you spend on hands-on labs. Every lab has an hourly credit price, and while a lab is running, credits are deducted in 10-minute blocks.
Each lab has its own hourly credit price, shown on the lab before you launch it. Larger multi-device topologies cost more. Because billing runs in 10-minute blocks, a 30-minute session costs roughly half of the hourly price.
Lab credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. This gives you plenty of time to use your credits at your own pace.
Lab credits are non-refundable once purchased. However, if you experience technical issues with our lab platform that prevent you from using your credits, please contact our support team.
Yes, lab credits expire 12 months after purchase. We recommend using your credits within this timeframe to get the most value from your purchase.
