CCIE SP - BGP Lab - Initial + Full Configs

Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) is the backbone of global internet routing and large-scale service provider networks. This lab focuses on advanced BGP concepts such as route reflection, confederations, and policy-based path manipulation using attributes like AS-PATH, MED, and communities.

Key topics include BGP scalability, redundancy strategies, multipath routing, and inter-AS connectivity using eBGP and iBGP. The lab also covers BGP-LU (Labeled Unicast) for MPLS integration, route filtering techniques, and BGP convergence optimization.

By mastering these concepts, engineers can design and optimize service provider networks for scalability, high availability, and traffic engineering.
